No hot water? Repaired or replaced, same day in most cases.Tank and tankless · gas and electric · installed to code and testedWater Heater Repair & Replacement in Barrie
No hot water, not enough, or a tank that’s leaking? We diagnose it, repair it if it makes sense, and replace it the same day if it doesn’t. Tank and tankless. Free diagnosis, $45 weekday service call.
If the tank itself is leaking, shut off the cold water supply to it and call – a leaking tank doesn’t get better, and we can usually have a new one in today.
Cold showers build character. They also build phone calls to us. We prefer the second one.

Common questions
Can the tank be repaired?
Parts problems – elements, thermostats, valves – yes. A leaking tank, no; once the tank itself leaks it has to be replaced.
What decides the replacement cost?
Tank vs tankless, gas vs electric, size, and what the existing venting and connections look like. We give you the price before any work starts.
Is there a warranty?
New units carry the manufacturer’s warranty, and our installation work is warranted by us. We explain both before you approve.
What does the $45 service call cover?
The trip and the diagnosis on weekdays. Evenings, nights and weekends are slightly higher. You always approve the price before we do the work.
