Common questions

How fast can you come?

We run 10 trucks from three locations, so most drain calls are seen the same day. Backups and overflows are handled 24/7.

What does the $45 service call cover?

The trip and the diagnosis on weekdays. Evenings, nights and weekends are slightly higher. You always approve the price before we do the work.

Will you tell me what caused it?

Yes. If it keeps coming back we run a camera down the line and show you the video – roots, grease, a bellied pipe – so you can decide on a real fix instead of paying to snake it every few months.

Do you do the repair too?

Yes. Cleaning, hydro-jetting, camera inspection, spot repairs, relining and full replacement – one company from the clog to the fix.

Drain keeps clogging? Ask about hydro jetting. Call now.
