Drain backing up? A licensed plumber can be there today, 24/7.

1. Stop running water and do not flush. Every litre you send down the drain ends up on the basement floor.
2. Keep people and pets out of any standing water. Sewage water is a health hazard, and if it has reached an outlet or the furnace, switch the breaker off before you step in.
3. If a pipe has burst, close the main shut-off valve. It is usually where the water line enters the house, near the meter or the well pressure tank.

What we handle, day or night

• Main drain and sewer back-ups: water or sewage coming up through a floor drain, basement toilet or tub. We clear the line, find the cause with a sewer camera and show you the footage.
• Basement flooding and burst pipes: we stop the water, make the system safe and get you to dry. Sump pump failures and frozen pipes included.
• Clogged or slow drains: kitchen, bathroom, laundry and floor drains cleared with an auger or hydro-jetting, whichever the line needs.
• Sewage clean-up and prevention: contaminated-water removal, then a backwater valve or repair so it does not happen again.

What it costs

Diagnosis is free. The weekday service call is $45; after-hours and weekend calls are billed at a higher rate, and we tell you the price before we touch anything. No hidden fees, and a video of the inside of your drain with every camera job.
