Absolutely thrilled with our experience with PHD Plumbing. We had terrible septic smell from our downstairs bathroom for a long time. We had 3 plumbers come to our home and charged us costly service calls without finding the problem. They had ideas but no solutions! From the initial call to PHD the admin team listened to our history and shared our frustration and concern. That was the first great impression we had. The second great impression we had was when Jimmy showed up at our door. He was super pleasant, friendly and confident. He did a thorough investigation in our downstairs shower, bathroom and ejector pump. He then came upstairs to our bathroom. We ran water and waited, the smell came. He got on his hands and knees placing his nose to the floor and found the source of the smell. It was coming from under the toilet. He guided us through service cost options, recommended steps we should take and as a result we purchased a new toilet. He installed the new toilet and gasket to perfection. His attention to detail and pleasant manner were something to behold. He is a gem and such a professional at such a young age. He managed to find the source of the terrible issue we have been living with for a long time in such a short time. He cared and thought through potential issues and landed on the one thing none of the other plumbers found. We would recommend PHD plumbing whole heartedly with confidence,.
