If you’re on a well, battery. If you’re on town water, either works. We’ll look at the pit and explain both.

How long does the battery last?

Typically 5 to 7 hours of continuous pumping, longer in normal cycling. Batteries need replacing every 3 to 5 years.

Can you install it with a new primary pump?

Yes – same visit, one price.

What does the $45 service call cover?

The trip and the diagnosis on weekdays. Evenings, nights and weekends are slightly higher. You always approve the price before we do the work.
