Water in the basement – here’s what we do when we arrive

Get the water moving

We install or replace the pump right away so the pit is pumping again, then deal with the cause.

Find why it failed

Power outage, failed float, burned-out pump, frozen discharge line – we show you the reason so it doesn’t happen again.

Stop the next one

Battery backup, a high-water alarm and a properly sized pump. Most basement floods are the second failure, not the first.

What happens when you call

1
Call 705-627-5725 – a real person answers, day or night. Tell us what the pump is doing (or not doing).
2
Free diagnosis – a licensed technician arrives in a stocked truck, tests the pump, float, check valve and discharge line, and shows you the cause.
3
You approve the price first – then we fix or replace it, usually on the spot. Financing available if you need it.
