Our sump pump & battery backup system failed last night at 1000pm After bailing water to prevent water damage to our basement for a 1/2 hour my spouse was able to find a 24/7 service company that will send an after hours technician to our residence I was surprised that companies that advertise 24/7 service when called will only schedule the service call for the next day PHD Plumbing took our after hours call and sent a technician within the hour Brandon arrived on site & replaced our sump pump I can not thank him enough for his excellent service & professional installation Not to mention the fact that if Brandon didn't show up last night our basement would have been flooded leaving us with a much bigger issue and associated cost Lastly, I would say that I was pleasantly surprised with the fair pricing for the work completed I would highly recommend PHD Plumbing for anyone needing future plumbing service or installation.
