Residential Plumber in Alliston, Barrie & Innisfil

When something goes wrong with the plumbing in your home, you want a plumber who shows up on time, explains the problem in plain language, and fixes it properly the first time. PHD Plumbing, Drain & Well Service has been doing exactly that for Simcoe County homeowners since 2000. Our licensed plumbers handle everything from a dripping faucet to a full repipe, and with eight stocked trucks on the road, most repairs are done in one visit.

Pricing: Diagnosis is free. Our weekday service call is $45. After-hours and weekend calls are billed at a higher rate, and we tell you the price before we start any work.

Signs it’s time to call a plumber

Small plumbing problems rarely stay small. Call us if you notice any of these:

• A faucet, toilet or pipe that drips or runs constantly
• Water pressure that has dropped in one fixture or the whole house
• Gurgling drains, slow drains, or a sewer smell in the basement
• Damp spots, staining or a musty smell on walls, ceilings or floors
• A water bill that has climbed with no change in how you use water
• No hot water, or hot water that runs out quickly
